Return Policy

In order to bringing the most enjoyable shopping experience for Eugris customers.  A return is always welcome to our customers for the returnable items within the certain days.

  • return request need to be sent to Eugris within 3 days from the date you receive your item.
  • An acceptable return item need to in the same condition as you received it from Eugris.
  • When applying for its return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with your merchandise.
  • You will receive a message from Eugris, once your return application has been accepted.
  • A return package need to be sent out to the specified address within 7 days after you received your return message from Eugris.
  • Please make sure you are sending package to the correct address, and you will be response for the lost package if you sent the package by your own. 
  • A refund will be processed once the merchant received your item, and you will receive a return completed confirmation email.

How to Apply for a Return?

We encourage our customers to apply their return though our Website or App. You will see the RETURN button in your order details, once you received your item.

  • You can click the RETURN button to apply your return which shows on your order details. Please make sure you choose the correct order which you want to return.
  • If by any chance the RETURN button is not working, you can also send email to [email protected] with your Eugris account and your order number, to arrange a return.

What Kind of Items are Welcome to Return?

We encourage our customers to check the item details while they order it, to see whether it’s returnable. The Merchant will describe and indicate the item if it is NOT returnable. 

Eugris won't accept the return application if the item already is listed as "unreturnable" on website.

Normally, the food, underwear, baby stuff, final sale, opened and used item is unable for return. More refer to the item details on the website.

Return Shipping Method

The appropriate steps need to be taken to ensure the safe return of the product. If you choose to send your package by your own, Eugris won’t be responsible for the lost return package.

By Yourself: 

You can choose to return your item to merchant and delivery it in person, please be make sure to bring your Eugris return message email with you.

By express service:

You can choose to pay the shipping fee to send your package to the specified address.

When choosing express service:

  • Trackable shipping service is necessary in order to merchant receiving your items successfully. 
  • A signature shipping service is highly recommended for the high-value item to insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise.
  • Please insert a note paper with your Eugris account name, order number and return reference number into your package.
  • Please write the correct specified address on your package. ( An invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they need to be reshipped. )
  • Put the Eugris return logo sticker on your package will help merchant identify and process your return ASAP.

Receiving a Refund with Conditions

Eugris will create full or partial refunds for buyers, including original shipping costs. 

In order to receive your full payment: Please remind your Merchant of processing your refund via Eugris.com. (For you to secure a refund equivalent to your initial purchase price and shipping costs, your seller needs to process a refund via Eugris.com.)

Eugris may issue full or partial refunds for an order. If a new item is returned opened, or an item is returned as unwanted (i.e., not defective), Eugris may deduct a reasonable restocking fee from your refund.

When Can Receive your Refund?

Refunds are typically processed within one week after Merchant received the return items. The funds will be deposited back in your credit card account, and Eugris.com will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS


If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact the seller. The seller's contact information is available on the store page.

Please note: Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have a special case, please contact the seller for cancellation and if the seller agrees, you can cancel the order.

Occasionally, orders or parts are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Item(s) are not available
Difficulty in processing payment information
Cannot ship to the address provided
Duplicate order was placed
Purchase limits have been exceeded

Notes:

1. Once the order cancellation application is submitted successfully, it cannot be modified or restored. Please operate carefully.

2. After the order cancellation application is submitted, the system will confirm the location of the package and handle the refund for you after the successful interception. If the order fails to be cancelled, the order will continue to be delivered to you and you can return the order after it delivered.

3. If the order contains gifts or other promotional items, it will be cancelled completely.

4. Coupons, discount codes will be cancelled and non-refundable.

5. Cancellation of an order for personal reasons may incur some additional costs, which shall be borne by the customer.
